Max9 I know. The green party and s & d party (spd here) are a big fan of them.
There also were some highly disputed ideas, like giving children's home and kids and kids being difficult to raise to registered pedohpiles in order to raise them. The Berlin Senate mede this decision a few decades ago ..

S & D and the Greens really do have some problems with children being helathy, meseems.
I agree with @Ines on this point, it's disgusting. I also think that here too the state is interfering unnecessarily; sexual education should be the responsibility of the parents and (if the children are significantly older) the school. Children 3-6 do not normally have sexual feelings, so this red/green fantasy idea is not only disgusting but also pointless

youdontknowme Germany already has a pretty low age of consent, going down to 14 under certain conditions, which makes it clear what sort of children the plan was about.
I admit that I am also in favor of changing this, but only to replace this absolute age with a variable one. It's nonsense if someone at 14 can't have sex with a 13 year old, but can have sex with their 80 year old grandpa
