A few days ago I was at the same point as you are right now.
The first night was the hardest ever. After that things slowly got a little better. Only slowly, but at least π
A few extra pillows helped me a lot. I also had my first night from a Friday to Saturday. For me that means I didn't have to get up early. So at least there was no mental pressure to have to sleep there, which I think was a very good thing. I knew I would be able to sleep late the next day.
I also had a very good break before I put the belt on to sleep. In addition, I had slept a little less the last night before, so I was very tired. I think all of this helped me a lot.
For my first time, I didn't just have the belt for a few days, it was already a few weeks.
It's also good to know that you can always go to mum in the first few nights and she will open the belt if there is no other option π
