congratulations, you have achieved something great 😃 I think continuing to wear it outside the house is the absolute maximum, especially when you consider the context that your sister is currently not wearing a belt at home either.
If there are further discussions, you should make your position clear. But also accept your parents' opinion on the subject. I think mutual understanding is the best solution if you want to continue living with your parents.
