luhuixin The new Fancy Steel shape (P1) has a very large drain hole at the bottom, and one at the top for flushing.
Their older shape (FS3) has a slit the whole length of the labia. I don't mind the smooth feel of the newer FS shields but they can be too bulky to wear discretely with some outfits. I prefer the very old original type, which you can still buy on the cheap Chinese copies.
While it's a daunting prospect at first, I've never had an issue with urinating in a belt. If it does get messy it's still possible to wipe up okay. Worst case scenario flush with water. The back end is a much bigger hurdle to get over!
