Max9 it is a small cable that goes around my hips. One end is connected to the left side of the base ring, and the other end is connected to the right side of the base ring. Imo very useful
Edit: A hip cable could allow for wearing a longer cage without worrying if it will slip off. I would personally prefer a shorter cage+occasional breaks, long cages are less discreet and less sanitary.

BikelockFugitive Okay, so I went back into the misterpol to read @AlanZerogenuine 's story. There are many problems that could undermine its authenticity, such as the inclusion of a catheter. This would require re-lubrication after every wash, if not more often. It's enclosed design would make that virually impossible, not to mention the need to shave pubic hair.
Edit: I am 100% sure his story is a complete fantasy.

It is unlikely that the damages remained for long. The penis is like a ballon, it can be inflated or deflated. Contrary to what the internet says, the penis is not a muscle and does not atropy like muscles do. Thus, the damage described my @AmericanGraffiti would likely be gone a few weeks or months after unbelting.
Note that I am not a doctor, so the above info is based on my limited knowledge/judgement

I'm not sure;I think there is some parts of the penis that can cause troubles,if these are damaged(I think especially of blood vessels and related parts)...
