Raziel strictfather Whenever, to be honest. I am my own keyholder and if I'm ill on a weekend, I sleep all weekend without one, and wear it casually, no strict time schedules or set goals. Other means random intervals for me.
Angelina i have to correct myself because i forgot my supervised disinfection and cleaning break so 23 hours and 50 minutes 😃 but that doesn't make it any better 🙁
