I'm not so sure she would choose the app;at least,not right after she is offer the choice.She can choose to stay grounded instead of choosing one,or defy him by choosing the belt,thinking he won't do it as he proposes her something else.But,at longer term,after being grounded for longer time or wearing a belt permannetly for a few weeks,she would probably change her mind and ask to have the app instead.

App is the more logical choice...It won't prevent her to spend time with friends(grounding does),and she's not prevented to orgasm while masturbating(chastity belt does);but it it still very intrusive.

I don't think an ankle bracelet should be used,even only for threatening her.Firstly,she's not a criminal,secondly,it would be very humiliating for her.

@Angelina Yeah that is basically the idea. It's such a terrible thing that she will not try to screw around. I am against Blackmail in the legal sense, but as consequence in parenting? Why not.
I mean if the wish for an intact family keeps YOU in line, I wonder what such a thing would do to her.
