Even a very cheap safe of the type you can buy in any DIY market for 50-70 Euros will suffice.
As long as the safe is harder to crack open than the belt itself, it is secure enough, because whoever wants to escape the belt will obviously go for the weakest link in the chain.

It's easier to crack than a belt, but you can't do it unnoticed.

I also think that if I think about how I could cheat on the belt, then of course I take the easiest way

Another important point, the easiest way is of no use if the key holder notices it

@WriterAlexis , if I find my keys unattended I will get angry with my keyholder, she/he is the responsible of my safety, if I can find the keys of my belts he is placing the heavy charge of my safety over my shoulders, and my role is to be safe, not to worry about provide my safety.

Absolutely. It is the responsibility of the KH to ensure the security of the keys; otherwise s/he is not fit to be a KH at all.

I would have to agree with this. Mom has been very careful to maintain control of the keys to my gear, as it is a huge responsibility for her.
Id be extremely disappointed if I found my keys just laying about. Wouldn't be careless with the car or house keys, it's almost unthinkable she'd be careless with my keys.
