                                  a virginity belt would testify that the virginity is intact. but when mastubating it is quite possible that the hymen tears. a virginity belt would then be more likely again with secondary shield so a chastity belt 🙂

                                      I don't think the virginity is only a matter of hymen intact or not.It can break if doing some activities,even if the woman have never even kissed a man(or another woman).

                                      I think a woman should be considered virgin if she never had sex(oral,vaginal or anal,but masturbation not included).
