No, I'm just asking you the questions I'd need to answer if I want to write a character in that situation. The more I have to guess about, the more the chance I'll do something you or someone else here would recognize as an obvious mistake.
I was feeling curious, so I did a lot of research.
My notes said the videos were by "Lupus Pictures", who are now RGE Films, who have an online catalog with text summaries and photos that I could use to find the right ones.
The one I described is called "Girlfriends" and its product code is LP-033. It's copyright 2005.
The catalog doesn't have credits but I was able to find a copy on PornHub under the name "The Girlfriends". The bald guy's name is Pavel Šťastný and he's also the screenwriter.
The other one is LP-009. "From the Headmaster's Study: The Inspection". It's copyright 2003 and, because someone uploaded it to xHamster, I could confirm that Pavel Šťastný is the screenwriter on it too.
LP-016, "From The Headmaster's Study: The Nightmare" also has a chastity belt visible for a short period of time and is also copyright 2003 but I couldn't find an upload, so I don't know if Pavel Šťastný is the screenwriter for that too.

Someone has uploaded VHS camcorder footage of female Reinholds (I think) chastity belts to PornHub. You can find Eric Kroll photos from the 1990s on ImageFap. I found pictures featuring chastity belts that look like part of an erotic photo shoot from the beginning of the 20th century. The age of something doesn't say anything about when someone found it.
Also, those videos are copyright 2003 and 2005. They aren't even two decades old yet.
Tim I think I'd enjoy that very much. I like working with other writers because it's so much fun to discuss ideas. If the idea interests me and you want to write in English, I can also proofread it for you.

Words that are rarely used or very specific. I only learned English in school, I rarely used it before I start working. Germany is big enough that any movie or TV show is translated. I sometimes watch TV shows on Netflix in English and read things for my education in English, but beside this, I rarely use it (of course except online, like here).
