i see it differently. there is a difference between a serious crime and parental concern. no one commits rape because they are concerned about the victim.

of course, but at least in the german penal system the reason for the crime sometimes makes a big difference. I also don't think this comparison is morally right, that's more my personal opinion.

well, they could never cheat on us again, or wake up in the moring and discover you love someone else more who just got a better paid job as you do, but ... I doubt that this will solve the problem itself.
Besides, a CB is nothing for every person. Some people enjoy to be sluts, orther just enjoy a good and active sex-life and again others prefer to be not very sexually active... you can't just put a belt on anyone.

So basically you say that the problem can be resolved by making them utterly prisoners.
Not by being the better one for them, but just being the one who keeps those beasts chained. Who cares about their will or if they discover new feelings for others, the important part is to own them.
