                                                                              Oh boy do we have a lot of sweets at Christmas. It usually takes till summer to eat them all 😂.
                                                                              But there's a good point I've never thought about - you can't eat too much. So the belt is actually a good way to make people stay in shape who have just lost some weight after New Years' and before they forget about their aims again. Some people have implanted a rubber band above their stomsge si they can't eat too much. But a brlt would do the same without any medical surgery or operation. That way it could also become a common acessoire.

                                                                                  but when i think of christmas time and all the delicious things hmmm... well, at least this year a lot of things will be baked at home, because christmas markets are not or only very limited (which is a pity for me personally). But I will still bake a lot and there will be a lot of biscuits etc. this christmas as well 🙂
