Vanessa Angelina You can walk too in high heels after a bit of training,and it is probably easier to do longer steps than in thigh bands(even with chain). But it would need some training,while you're already trained to use the thigh bands.

Even with thigh bands not locked together it slows my running and makes it hard to flex thigh muscle enough to bike
