There are a lot of young religious couples in rural USA who follow the church doctrine to the letter. They marry the moment they are allowed to and work whatever job is available (they are up all night before wedding and at door before sunrise). Their beliefs seem to work better for them than our attire worked for me or @Laura

The problem is that for the church the only purpose of marriage is reproduction. So they will never see a benefit in your relationship.

Generally,the "yes" is near noon,and the end of the celebration is often late the next night(with the newly weds going discreetly to their bedroom during it !; )),so it generally lasts more than 8 hours.

I heard the same. After an exhausting that normally starts very early and with a very nervous night with not to much sleep and a long party during the evening and night, almost every couple is to tired to be in the mood of sex the wedding night. I think it is much more beautiful to do it the next morning.

That's why they should take care to a bit alone not too late(and with adrenaline and endorphin,which are probably pretty high this day,they could manage to be a bit more tired than usual,and still wanting to have sex together).
