Not sure incestuous is the big issue here, as while enforced chastity concerns a person's sexuality (and therefore falls under sexual consent rules - freely given, revokable and all that stuff), it is not a sexual act unless you make it one.

The far more critical problem is the power imbalance, especially if the wearer is a minor or the parent otherwise still has a duty to care for the wearer as a dependent. In that case, using that relationship to negotiate the terms of a chastity agreement - which would always have to be assumed thanks to the aforementioned power imbalance - can quickly end up qualifying as sexual assault or any other crime in that category.

Sorry, this is not valid. In very broad areas, privacy and decisions within the family are protected from the intervention of the state. However, when there are very strong inequalities, such as domestic violence, the state may and must intervene. In some cases the law has jurisdiction there.

I've tried three different times now to come up with the proper words to describe how absurd, how disgraceful, how harmful the idea is that what we so often read here is a family matter and the authorities have no business moving in to protect children but I have failed. There are better writers here than I so I'll let them do it.

Yes this describes what I'm feeling like even if making deals - I get anxiety if not really staying in control as well. This is good I'll say this to them.

Sin your comments make me very worried about people finding out because I agree and trying to explain seems weird but it doesn't actually feel weird but yeah different and not normal.

Well, my opinion:
Although I consider that some practices are clear abusive, (however I believe that some of those described here are mere fantasies and little by little those users are sliding towards fetishism), I do not think that none of the ones I have read incurs incest.
That said, any abusive behavior is reprehensible and simply has no place in the West.

I haven't really seen any bad chats in that level, except for abuse in harming children. I would have remembered if someone expressed a fetish interest in that topic, but yeah, trolls are really annoying here as they haven't contributed to tips or support in others who are uncomfortable with their belts. I would like to see a troll wear a real chastity belt and see if they will express their same desires for the belt. Their suffering would be a nice payback in exchange for false stories becoming true.

I mean, this site is somewhat infamous in the chastity community for attracting people with very... active imaginations. And frankly there are a lot of hard-to-believe stories here, like pretty much anyone getting a custom-fitted chastity belt from a well-known manufacturer long before they are fully grown. Luckily, the most outlandish ones tend to be called out quite quickly these days, especially compared to the utter lunacy that is sometimes found on MisterPoll, which, as far as I understand, was where this community was first formed. Sure, of course 90% of respondents are under 15, have been belted for four years or more without breaks and would recommend the experience to everyone (shakes head).

As for the regular stories here, I cannot know if they are real. A lot of them, including yours, seem unlikely but not impossible to me. Trying to judge whether the experiences told here are true or false is not really productive unless they are completely removed from reality. But I am fairly certain about two things:

among long-term female chastity belt wearers, "locked by parents at age 15" does not make up as large a percentage as this forum might suggest
a competent prosecutor could easily argue that the cases where such a thing does happen constitute sexual abuse.

Considering the reputation of this place and the way things look like over on MisterPoll, I am quite happy to see the really outlandish stories and egregious cases of parental abuse being called out, I am happy that most of the members here who report having experienced involuntary chastity strongly recommend against it, and the fact that practical problems are openly discussed. I do not know whether the stories are true, but it does not make a difference to me whether or not they are, and it is only polite to assume the other's honesty when you are talking with someone.

I think the concern is that those devices are frequently marketed, used and understood as sex toys. But I agree with you here, whether the use constitutes a sexual act depends more on how and why you use them - but it is definitely an act that involves sexuality, so the question of consent has to be taken care of, and that tends to be very difficult to resolve in a parent/child or similar guardian/dependent relationship, which is why laws (justifiedly) tend to assume that there cannot be real consent between a minor and an adult.

I am not a lawyer or a judge to say exactly.
But lets see at your situation. You are in a belt since you are teenager. You are extremely dependent on your father, whether that's emotionally or financially. You can work in your father's company after your studies. You are officially an adult but not free in your decisions. You have regulated a lot in contracts, which gives the impression that they were free decisions. Taking into account the then, now and future situation, but not because of your strong dependence.
If the prosecutor would look at the whole thing and involve psychologists and other experts, it could well be that regardless of what your conviction is, the state will intervene and first get you out and put you under psychological care and initiate proceedings against your father.

i am always free to make my own decisions, but they have very harsh consequences that i don't want. so i take the path of least resistance, so to speak. besides, my father is very important to me and despite everything he has done, he has still given me a very nice life.
