So I talked to my mom and dad, they were always thinking that I don’t know anything about sex, have not ever masturbated... until mom saw me playing with myself. Now I’m told that masturbate is not allowed and sex before marriage is a big no no. I have tried to get behind the belt for the last few days but without any success.... I did manage to get a piece of cloth under the belt when I don’t have the thigh bands on though. I’m just afraid that if I get caught again, they will have me wearing the thigh bands all the time.

Since your family has the view than a chastity belt includes thigh bands (and I agree), you should be careful if you want avoid wear them more time.
Anyway, and my intention is far of scare you, due your parents have the thinking, and they are right, that a belt includes thigh bands, I am almost secure about they will propose you wear them more time. You should think that probably only reason for you dot wear them in home is that they are newbies.
When they see that with a long chain as you have, you will not any problem, probably they will decide that is better for your safety you wear it in home, that is where is more necessary we are safe, because is when we have more fights.
Only limit, is the activities you can not make wearing bands, to be safe is not excuse to erase activities or hobbies of your life.
If your parents' idea is you are protected, I would not care about bra. I think it is a bit extreme device.

Try to have good arguments to tell if your parents want you to wear your thigh bands more often(even if I think it would be hard to make them change their minds,if they want you to wear the thigh bands more often).

I don't think she didn't know she has discovered masturbation much earlier when she was 15-16, but didn't try to put a belt on her until now when she is about to go to college where she will not be under their control anymore
