Yes,as you can negotiate together when there is a new contract to accept,you're probably pretty trained about it.Even if one of the purposes of these contracts is to prevent you to negotiate a punishment.But as it helps you to avoid breaking rules too often,and so,helps you to be less punished,it is not necessarily bad.
