Hi, I’m impatiently waiting for my belt.
I’ve read that some people did training to wear the belt before going full time. Can you provide some information about how the training should be done? If you think it should be done?
also the belt I’ve got has a solid rear (as I’m a transgender woman, I definitely need a belt that protects my butt) with a hole. Some people have commented on having them here and troubles that come with them. Are there any tips for using the bathroom with one and cleaning it afterward?
Thank you for your time and help
i hope I’m not asking to many questions on here.

my training went on for 2 weeks. i started with 4 hours of wearing a day and always increased by 2 hours, after 2 weeks i was "ready" to wear the belt permanently. however, my father put a lot of pressure on me to do this, but i think volunteers can also do it

I can't say anything about the toilet to pee because it works differently for you than for me

when you have to poop (forgive my choice of words, i always talk very direct) you should make sure that the hole is in the right place, so that there is not too much dirt

Something that is considered to work today is plus one hour every day, if no complications are noticed on the skin.
Then you reach 24/7 at its best after 24 days, but it can also take up to two months.
It is important not to rush too fast and also not to interrupt for several days. Then there is the risk that everything must be repeated from the beginning.

    A training is essential.

As @Angelina and @Tobbe have said, you should start by wearing it a few hours, and increase it step by step.Take time to be sure it fits well and not injures you.
