I voted yes because it feels like you really want to be unable to play with yourself and so you need the bra to achieve this.

                                              Knee bands wears under the knees and connected with chains to the thigh bands, which are placed on the upper parts of the thighs, so as not to be able pulled off if the legs are much bent!
                                              Provides a very restrictive punishment and makes it impossible to go in stairs if connected to each other.
