This is correct, if preventing pregnancy is the main goal. I think keeping purity is at least as important as pregnancy in most families which use belts.

Just to be clear, I do not think the belt should stay on until marriage. Once the girl is around 17-18, the belt is not needed anymore.

I found someone to introduce me to chastity at 20, but wish it was years earlier - I used to spend inadequate amounts of time jerking off, suffering from being alone, but still did nothing to find someone being too used to just jerk off for the need to go away.
