With me, it is quite possible to have an orgasm by stimulating my breasts. But it's not like I just take 20-30 minutes, play around and - voila - I come. It takes more than that. A relaxed day, a bath, the right mood... So if my husband hasn't let me come for several weeks, but teases me accordingly, maybe already for several days and then works on my breasts accordingly, a little dirty talk to go with it.... Or in my "wild years" I stimulated myself, which I wouldn't do today because my husband doesn't like it at all. So that's okay then. But it can't be compared to vaginal or anal stimulation.
