Joh I suppose you have to be patience and the feeling will increase over time. I think it's similar to the orgasm women experience. Not everyone gets it but can learn to get it whether it is a clitoral or vaginal orgasm.
That's true. Don't start with it like "Yeah, mow I want, now I need it!" and than it just comes. My first came when my husband gave me a massage. He sometimes keeps me chaste for several weeks without vaginal/anal stimulation, but does his best to tease me in other ways. And when he gave me a very erotic massage with plenty of fragrant oil, extensively caressed and massaged my breasts, played with and pulled on my teats, I came for the first time many years ago. And even today, I can't "plan" it like a vaginal orgasm (which I don't achieve every time, but the right "screws" are easier to turn).
