hanna_anders At 16 of course you could until recently get married, join the army, leave home (or get thrown out of home if you have annoyed your parents enough 😀 ), change your name, give blood, and of course have sex. But you can't drink except in very limited circumstances.
in our restaurant you can drink light alcohol at the age of 14 if the parents agree, at home there are actually no legal regulations. it could be considered child abuse to allow 12 year olds to drink at home, but it is not forbidden by law. interestingly, except for sex, everything you write is only allowed from 18 onwards, but alcohol is somehow part of our culture, so the laws are probably more relaxed there.
