I take often(daily or more)a shower with the belt on,but I can ask my parents for a supervised shower,without my belt.Generally,once or twice a week,except when I'm on my period or when it is very hot,when I ask for it more often.

And,as many,I've a spray bottle.

well, that's understandable so it's better with a belt and once we have trained our routine a bit it's no longer a hygienic problem 🙂

Athania some trick during the day to keep everything fresh

I usually clean myself while I'm still locked. Sure, some cleaning brakes have to be from time to time. It works fine, when you are taking a bath for example and press the skin down a bit at every spot. First in soap-water, then in clean water. Or do same under the shower. There I usually make the shower gel do get some white bubbles by rubbing it above my genitals and let if flow under the chastity device using the showerhead on a very low level of waterflow. Then I clean it out with a strong waterflow.
Or, when being caged, you can fill a bowl with soap water and do the same like when taking a bath in there.
It works fine but, as I already said, some unloked cleaning times are fine.
Also the device can run a bit when your skin has been wet for some time till it dries.
I usually use a fan because of that, but not on a super hot setting.

Hi i've recently gotten a chastity cage after hearing some mention they use it to prevent masturbation. It is something that has always been disapproved of in my house but i've struggled not doing it even after being caught and grounded etc. So I've decided to try this to help control it but I have some questions like is it safe for wearing long term? Well, there are several Tipps I can give ypu based on my experience and research

Healthy chastity for men

THE CAGE / BELT

-The tube souldn't be longer than the top of the penis when wearing it. The base ring also adds length. Better smaller then bigger.
The device must not habe any sharp edges
The cheap devices for 10€ /$9 are nothing I would recommend, because they often don't have a fullly round base rimg and just two thin stripes that are connected with another stripe. This construction is impossible to wear. The only thing these cages with said base rimg are good for is measuring your sizes
The base ring is to be as small as possible but big enough so the testicles won't change their colour or you'll feel it uncomfortable to wear the device
Many plastics are being prodoced in China with amounts of cancer-casing and pptency-damiging ingrediences which are above the allowed percentages of our conutries - they just don't get chekcs ehen being imported

-You should be cleaning the cage every few weeks /every month (depending on the cage; plastic needs to be cleaned oftener)
it is highly recommended to have a full erection every month (at least every few months) to prevent your vessels,etc. from hardening or being damaged otherwise
no the penis doesn't really shrink, it's just an advanced shrinking effect (like the cold water effect)
Try to spread the skin of the testicles on the whoöe length of the base ring so your skin gets less irritated
you will need about a weel to get used to the device if you're new to being locked. Not only for the fit, but also to be able to sleep good at night while being caged.

Male sure you have a keyholder who doesn't become weak after some time and who cares about your health
