      yes, but snails are very expensive and i think it's too pity for my cooking.

      the good thing is that i finally got frog legs, but they won't be delivered until next week. 😉

                              Wow we older users have a similar issue with all the discussions on this board. I agree with everything you said!! To try to catch up (which I've now decided is probably impossible) I've read quite a lot. It is very hard to keep track of everything. WE NEED A SCORE CARD 🙂 (Actually I saw a chart somewhere, useful, but not quite what is needed)

                              This board is very unique in it's style - management, discussions, and even the software it uses. It has taken me a long time to get used to it.

                              I would actually suggest everyone take the time a fill out their profile, that helps us newbies to the board a little. The introductions thread needs to be refined to probably Monthly or semi-Annually and limited to just a post or two per person. Perhaps everyone could put a short summary in a new "Member Intro's and Updates" thread. Where you started and where you are at today....(then copy that to your profile - lol)

                                  I was going to write it in the introduction thread today (and I will), but thank you for noting it. 😂 it is also easier for experienced users like me. if a newcomer only posts here every 2 months, it can easily happen that i forget the user's story again.

                                            Vanessa That quality of willingly and happily answering the same questions (I am sure sometimes for the 100th time) is what sets this forum way above almost any other I've seen. (Most others are not that nice.)

                                            It's just us old folks don't want others to figure out how much we can't keep track of 🙂
