Reading this forum is really showing me that the keyholder's approach to a chastity belt has a major impact on what the wearer thinks of their belt. If the wearer is unhappy the challenges of wearing are magnified. If the wearer is unconvinced of the benefits, frustrations can be directed towards the keyholder rather than the belt itself.
Conversely a keyholder who encourages wearing, is positive, or even leads the way (by wearing a belt themselves and sharing the experience), can help to create a situation where a wearer accepts their belt as a part of themselves.
Wearers who associate feelings of love and protection from their belts, and who eventually feel naked without them, are much more likely to keep wearing them and offer them on to the next generation,
