It’s true that most manufacturers have terribly organized and shamefully obsolete e-shops and they are losing potential customers because of it. I even considered volunteering new storefronts for them as a pro-bono activity that helps the cause.

It is definitely problem that needs to be worked on. However if the manufacturers involved do not to have to make this effort, that at least suggests that demand for belts is already high enough to keep them busy.

Thinking about it, I suppose it's also not beyond the wit of man to create different store fronts for different audiences. Yeah. That could solve the issue I mentioned.

On My-Steel site,there is a tab "chastity belt" which only show chastity belts;dildo are in "accessories",and collars,chastity bra,thigh bands,etc;..in "bondage".Or similar names,I don't remember exactly.

I was thinking how to make chastity belts more palatable to your average church goer. Should collars be sold in the same category as thing bands and chastity bras? What should we call each category? Somebody more experienced could help me categorize things better.

In my searches for a better device. I remember coming across a site that was a religious site. I got into reading some of the forum and one of the threads was about keeping their children from masturbation. Some of the things I read on there were just insane. Not something I would expect from a person of a religious background.
My point is. I don't think some of the religious groups out there are going to mind what a store front looks like.

No. It is clear.
I do not understand why some people, not only you Max but even also the manufacturer, think that thigh bands are bondage items.
Obviously they are not the most comfortable things, but they are necessary for safety.

Maybe there should be something like a badge that shows where you can buy chastity devices for serious use. Something like "Stiftung Warentest" (foundation product test). They do product tests and grade them ... manufacturers then can publish the vadge of the product test and the grade that their product recieved.
There can also be offered the badge for sites and communities about serious used chastity.

That's true. It's just that many people who come from the fetish scene want to try that just for fetish games / lifestyle and then sort of add it to their everyday-lifestyle. Others can't stand fetish stuff and rather feel disgusted about seeing fetish-use pictures ... they might see the device as a fetish product then and not buy it because of that.

I had a look at your site and here is my list of issues with it:

Alibaba, Amazon, and Ebay are wrongly listed as "manufacturers". All they do is resell cheap mass-produced items from China. Chinese belts are nasty stuff, girls deserve quality.
Both Tollyboy and Neosteel have a red score (and I guess red means bad). That's ridiculous, as those are literally the best makers (along with My-Steel). Their craftsmanship is legendary!
Many topics on your site are male chastity specific. Chastity Mansion for example explicitly prohibits the discussion surrounding women's chastity. Behind Barz only makes male chastity belts and so on.

If anything you are bringing chastity closer to fetish with your site selections and your ratings, please reconsider managing a site like that.

It's rather about having a place where you can get an overview for example about what websites do have an easy understandable design or what models are non fetish products for permanent use. I mean - this forum really is great if you want to chat or if you need advice on the use of products any thing related to that ... but if you explicitly search an overview of what products exist and the advantages and disadvantages are there as well as some very basic advice like clean it regularly ... then you will definitely get lost in the endless discussions

Something like a grid that shows what products you can get for what price and where you can see a school grade of how good they are.

that's right, some products are for men, others for women. As there are no pages only for women that I know I didn't such pages.

I thought it would be an idea to make a list saying what homepages / stores are safe so that underaged people or judt people who doesn't want to get disgusted by porn pictures can have a nice shopping experience there. And ebay /aamzon / alibaba might have a lot of products of bad quality, but their web design is easy to uderstand, shop system works andthere are not genitals or porn pictures being shown.

On the product site I thought about doing some ratings of products and manufacturers by their prodict quality according to the uwc topics and from my own experience.

That's right. Just that having a website are monthly costs because most people use a hosting provider ... they are freaking expesnive for storing such few data. Or you biy your own server and host it youself.

Well, it's the problem of both parties. Interrested clients who can't find anything ... like the shop of Neosteel ... it's impossible to keep an overview there... as well as the one of the vendor who will loose many possible clients that way.

that's right when i look at the neosteel site i am surprised that my father chose this manufacturer for my first belt. but i also think that he didn't know about mysteel in the beginning.
