no, that's not what i mean. the initial situation was that i really wear the bra permanently. after long negotiations i managed to get a break per month and in return i wear the connecting chains. i didn't have to agree to that, but then i wouldn't have gotten the break.

As far as I understand your fathers intention you wear the CB to protect you not to get pregnant. With your current relation there is no risk.
When you turn 18 you can decide everything by yourself. He has no saying but you can follow his advice if it suite you.
Based on that I would start the negotiation.

By the way. Why is your father still single?
Does he fears women?
Or does he keep the situation as it is because he can do what he cannot safely do with a woman. Especially through your dependence?
