It is a normal process of growing up that mistakes are made. They are even necessary and helpful, but they should be mistakes that do not have far-reaching consequences. Pregnancy or addiction to drugs, gambling, financial dependence on contracts or other people should be prevented.

well, i don't have any income of my own yet, i only get money if i ask my father for it beforehand. contracts are generally only in his name, even if i benefit from them because he pays for them.

Even if we use our phone often,we haven't it close to our head permanently,for example.

You didn't get the point. In Germany are several laws enforced to protect minors because it really matters. The contract is only an example.

Your father should think about him self when he breaks the law because he thinks his morel is standing over the law what kind of person he really is. With that action he moved himself on the same level as thieves, fraudsters, bank robbers, etc.

I can understand your situation and you decision but nevertheless it is was it is. You can try to talk it nice, but it doesn't change the facts.

This is correct but you can spend more space for the battery, if it necessary. Beside of that if you run only the GPS and GSM module ones per minute and the other time it is sleeping it will run around 60 times longer.

From what I understand the antenna need it as well as the gps. It's like trying to use GPS when you are in the basement.

From my experience waterproof technic is many times more expensive. Here you would need very small and waterproof technic. Otherwise it couldn't be worn under clothes.

i know that, but i am no different from my father in this point. i do not share his decision about the chastity equipment, but these are things that should remain in the family. the state does not know the situation in the families and should therefore not presume to judge it.

This is your right to think about it, nevertheless it is against the law.

In the worst case scenario, you would find yourself in court having to justify your actions. Also, you would have to bear the consequences whether you think it is right or not.

Why should you following it as law if you not accept the law of the country you are living? It is a contradiction.
You follow laws or you don't. But you can't chose which one you are following and the other not. If you don't like it you are in the wrong country.

because it is about two different things. in public i obey the laws of the country i live in, but at home is our private space, there my father has the say because he is the owner of our home and therefore also determines the rules.

Yes, the best solution is if the GPS antenna has a free view to the sky to find many satellites. Around the neck would be the best place.

Not really. You have to consider it early at the design phase. It will cost some amount more but the most money you spend for the time you need to design it. Let say you need one year. A skilled engineer cost the company over all €150.000 to €200.000. If you sell 1000 pieces per year over 10 years a device would cost €1500 + material + production + profit.
