You didn't get the point. In Germany are several laws enforced to protect minors because it really matters. The contract is only an example.
Your father should think about him self when he breaks the law because he thinks his morel is standing over the law what kind of person he really is. With that action he moved himself on the same level as thieves, fraudsters, bank robbers, etc.
