grounding is more of a punishment for children in my eyes and taking an early bedtime as a punishment is stupid in every way, because you can't force an unnatural sleeping rhythm on a human being.

I always take it off when I bathe. I would feel dirty if I couldn't clean under it. It might be because the weather is hot here in summer so I sweat more than someone in a cold European country.

My mother does not wear a chastity belt but my older sister does. Her situation is very different because she is married and her husband has the key and my mother has a backup. well, there are punishments like whipping, corner time is also ok, or simply sex deprivation. but i don't want to write about that in detail here.
