      In my case,I don't wear these at night,so I can put one before the thigh bands are on;if I wear it as punishment,so during the nights too,my parents unlock it to let me change,and then lock these back.

      In my case,it's a rule.My parents don't want me to wear a chastity belt without anything else.

            It is good to have some ventilation ... I get a warning before I would be seen so I get about an hour to shower so I am never humiliated by natural bodily functions back before I was married

                  While I do not wear underwear all the time, I often do outside. While I admit my circumstances are different to most others here; because I am retired, my partner and I are usually fairly close together. It is thus easy for her to unlock the chain between my thigh bands temporarily whenever I need to change. Obviously, this would have been a significant challenge when I was working 😂

                                  Yes,I can manage it;even with panties,pajamas,etc...it is generally possible to lower it enough,even with thigh bands.
