It's been exactly a week since the 24/7 started. The belt itself is slowly becoming more and more comfortable. if you want to call it that.

What I still have to get used to is that when I want to take a shower and take off my belt, my mom watches me closely.
I knew it was coming, but it's still a bit weird. Especially if you get a warning while doing it.

Sleeping is slowly getting better and better, even with the bands! It would be nicer without it, but that's how it works.

Angelina so small rewards should definitely be part of it. 😉

There can always be such small rewards, it was the same with my sister.

@Kate2 How are you? How did it go for you? Do you still have your breaks, or is it more like your aunt would like it to be?

Elsa The showering observation isn’t easy to get used to. My mother and I compromised on watching through the frosted shower door, which is still a bit uncomfortable at first but not as bad. Now it’s not as big a deal.
Between showering and working out we usually have some great conversations about school, work, things we need for the house or whatever.

That's probably true. Just the last few days I've caught myself wishing I could have a brief unobserved moment.

Luckily it's only been admonitions so far, but my mum said I should be a little more careful about what I'm doing.

There are good times and bad times. the weekend in particular was very hard!
somehow everything is a bit freaky right now. Cold showers help a bit. but I don't want to complain. It's just the way it is at the moment, and I kind of have to get through it now.

i believe you, you have to get used to the situation, it's really not easy. try to distract yourself and talk to your mother when you're feeling really bad. good luck futhermore 🙂

My mum comes to me on her own. It's difficult, especially at the beginning, she always says.

Angelina For me that distraction has always been exercise. My frustration usually peaks early morning and later in the day, doing a little workout is so great to burn that off. Plus time spent with mom/siblings and out of the belt. Win win right?

The Job of your mother (Key holder) is to Look after you and your Well Bering. She has to Help you in this difficult Situation. To Tell you only to try Harder is Not helpfull.

actually not, because it is exactly because of these reflexes you are wearing the belt. you should just not let your mother give you the impression that you have serious intentions to cheat. 😉

i study for distraction for my studies or cook and bake, that helps me a lot, also spending time with friends helps

If I don't pay enough attention when taking a shower, she warns me again. But then she also says that I should be more careful now and make an effort. That's what I meant by try harder.

Do you use showering on purpose to get s nice Feeling or it is only your mothers Imagination?

And when does she put it back? In my case it's most important part.

Elsa For workouts yes, I’m allowed to be out of my belt and then take a supervised shower. Usually workout with my siblings in the evening and mom in the morning.
It’s a great way for me to spend time with them, have a little time out of the belt and burn off my frustration.
