Only refferent the bands it will be depend of 2 factors:
- The lenght of the chain between band and the waist attachment.
- The tighteness of the band over our thighs, that is if it can have a little play upwards.

The bands provide so big protection and control about the wearer body that is hard for our parents or key holders refuse to them.
I can ask my parents to release me quite often, with some reason, but when the bands have to be weared, they are weared.

are tightbands (if worn for long time, example all the night or more) safe from a medical point of view?you can't open/spread your legs and move them freely. At least wearing chain, and with some release there are not any problem. My mother is not a child and she has well shaped legs at her forties. Any blood circulation at all.
Maybe in stricter regime you have to be more careful.
