                                                      My father decided that she is not responsible enough, so he decided as consequences of her misbehaviour, her sexually needs to be more restricted. It was not really a punishment but a consequence.

                                                            I'm sorry this happened to your sister, and I don't want to put any blame on her, but, with little context I've seen, I have to say that this is exactly something only a belt would have prevented. It's not like she didn't know that it's a bad idea to do it in a school bathroom - I don't think there's anything your parents could have said to her beforehand that would stop her from doing it, because in that moment she was simply acting on the urges.

                                                                Science and medicine is pretty clear on why periods happen, and that they're a normal and healthy part of women's life. But it's still necessary to wear a pad or a tampon, no matter how healthy it is to have a period.
