To return to the original topic: I noticed my mother wearing the thighbands first when I was maybe 8 or 9. I always considered them quite natural even though they were limiting at times: I can remember one time when mom couldn't come to a hike with us for example 🙂

I asked about them more when I was 13 or 14: are they uncomfortable, do they prevent movement etc and she dodged the questions then. Wonder why 😉
