i wrote an idea in the first part of the post, but i'll be honest now. your father is the one who wants to monitor you, so he has to find a solution for this, not you.
If not possible to wait together for the doctor,my mother(probably)would wait as a patient,even if only to check her health with no special reason.
If I go to the toilet,she would come with me(in the room,not in the toilet),and would talk to me until I've finished what I had to do,to prevent me to focus on fantasy and try to relieve myself.
