Sara2001 Ines I have the feeling that everyone that doesn't exactly share your values is wrong.
@Ines and I share wildly different values, but I have to say she always goes out of her way to say she supports different viewpoints and that her views are her own.
As a relative newcomer here I am still learning about the situation for a lot of people, and I don't doubt that some of them are true. Some of them I accept, some I will never understand, and some of them fill me with absolute rage, but it is what it is.
I don't envy the moderators here, the nature of the subject means that this forum is capable of going to some very dark places and on the whole I think they do a good job of keeping things in check.
I'm the first to admit I'm an edge-player in all of this, I don't wear a belt 24/7 and there are definitely people here who are far more "hardcore" than me. But as a girl who wears a chastity belt relatively often, there are people here whose posts I respect very highly (hi @Foxies! Hi @Ines!), and there are people here whose situations are clearly just an elaborate fantasy. The more I read in some of the old threads that are coming up (some of them very old), the more obvious it becomes.
I agree with @Sara2001 in that even in the short time I've been here I have noticed the increase in gay males (not that there's anything wrong with that!), and I also hope it can get back to a space where women can discuss their chastity experiences openly, whatever that is for each of us.
But to the people who are living in a fantasy world, I just want to say that it is kinda obvious to a lot of us who actually wear belts. The problem is that it is not so obvious to newcomers, and that makes it very, very dangerous, because people will read your stories and think of it as something like an instruction manual on how to abuse women and childen. Your fantasies can have real world implications, and that should terrify all of us.
But I've said all this before on here numerous times, so for now I'll just climb off my soapbox, grab some popcorn and watch on from a safe distance. (It's hard to look away!).
