It's been fun following your chastity progress from absolute horror at the beginning, to denial, to a slightly curious, to excited, to despair, to present state (guessing happy?). I'm very happy you are finally getting the belt to fit correctly, although I'm a bit sceptical that the original measurements were made correctly. Especially when considering how co-operative the measured subject was. 🤣 Also, first measurements are basicly always more or less wrong, it's not like persons intimate area is very often measured, especially for a chastity belt...
I myself have a hip style My-Steel TOTAL active belt. And i have to say, the hip band was a bit of pain to get comfortable. At some points, you even had to make some inward bends. But when you get it right, it will be comfortable, at least when your body gets used to it. The silicone liner can be bit uncomfortable on hot weather, like you learned...
BTW, accoding to My-Steel, the "correct" spot where the hip band should sit, is over the upper arch of the hip bone. Whether that is the place where it should sit for you, is another question.
