But of course it is also possible that they choose not to keep her locked up (yet) when they are not around.

Enough to force chastity. I've got some self control don't need it at school or sports or anything like that. But nights and alone yeah. I've said why before and wearing it is mostly ok - skin still gets annoyed sometimes but that's all. But like it's sort of haunting me like I feel like I need to put it on like I sort of already decided about it and breaks to get used to it are not really an excuse now.

I've seen people write about emergencies and stuff but how often does that really happen and like I'm not gonna die because of a belt- seems easy enough to cut. Like worrying about that seems like you need to always worry like car crash seems the most likely thing and how do you even deal with that like if you're hurt and trying to get it off and trying not to let people see no it's all a mess I want to ignore it

it sounds like you are on a way that will eventually lead you to true chastity, as long as it is voluntary i think it is good. i hope you find the way that is right for you. 🙂

Probably on average several times in a lifetime. I remember when I was your age, I also felt very strongly that such bad things would never happen to me, but as you get older and have experienced more setbacks or near-misses, you start realizing you are just as vulnerable as the next person.

Acknowledging risks does not have to (and should not) lead to worrying. It should lead to thinking what measures you can take to minimize the risks with easy precautions, like the spare key @Vanessa mentions. ('Risk mitigation') There will always be some risk left that you can't avoid with acceptable effort, or where the cost of avoidance is worse than the negative consequence (e.g. never leaving your house anymore), and that should be accepted as part of life.
