I'm glad they answered you but that's not my experience. I emailed them on June 28 and still haven't received an answer.

I totally understand your position but I don't think it's my job to chase these people down to try and give them more money. They should just respond to people.

well, you pay for the belt and not for an answer to questions, actually the manufacturers should have their own interest in answering the questions of potential customers.

I'm afraid I might have a language issue. English is not my mother tongue. Or maybe it's an extra word, a typo and/or jargon I misunderstood. I try to rephrase the following:

You asked them about flat D-rings. The answer was negative. They told you they exist but can't be ordered via the website. It's not ... [??break the bent?? Maybe you can help me here.]

Particularly when considering that we are talking about companies whose big selling point is to deliver devices custom-made to match the customers' inquiries as close as possible. Not the mass-produced Chinese stuff. 🤷

I'll either keep it as a backup or sell it. I also though of the possibility of it being the belt I travel with so the neosteel doesn't get list or damaged.

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I went M.I.A on you. My kids dad had covid, then me, then the kids... It was weeks and weeks of illness. Apparently we can't all be sick at the same time 😂... Then coming back to work with everything I missed was overwhelming. I read through everything, sorry to disappear like that 😂🤣

Joh @Owl negative was an auto correct that I didn't catch. It should have said because I was told there were flat d-rings...

I got the fancy steel yesterday. I was able to wear for about 4 hours. I'm reasonable happy with it 😊.

I got nervous about the neosteel because it is much more expensive than the fancy steel but now that I have the fancy steel I am going to get the neosteel. I have been in contact with Daniel and received the measuring kit for them. I think the neosteel will be more comfortable and more custom to my body. I'm going to use the fancy steel to start getting used to having a belt on longer and longer while I wait (I should have just ordered the neosteel to begin with but I got scared 😂).

I'll try not to disappear again and proof read before I post. Sorry about that.
