I guess you have more faith in humanity than me. I've heard so many crazy reports about disturbing parent behavior, that I dread such features would be used, if so easily accessible (that is, if the wearer was already in such a belt), and the parent is upset. I do agree that it would take a pretty sick parent to deliberately select a chastity belt that they can give eletroshocks with. Personally I'm not in favor of electroshocks even for fetish play, because there is always a small risk of an unknown heart issue that might be triggered. Apart from that I am not into S/M anyway.

Of course the recharging would be a downside, and I can't judge how good it would work with urination; even if the three small holes would be enough to not hamper the flow, cleaning afterwards with a water bottle would seem scary to me. Is that why you don't think it is suitable for long time wear?
I think I read a post here about the vulnerabilities of the electronic padlock the locking system is supposed to be based on, but I don't think those vulnerabilities would be valid for the belt, since the locking mechanism looks to be all inside.

Very rarely. Only when sleeping in the dorm when roommates have guys over and then sometimes I fear I might be assaulted. It was at college that I was assaulted twice in my first year so I am rather over sensitive about it. i think most fancysteel belts look very insecure, the shield looks so small that i can't imagine that the belt protects against fraud.

the high tech electric belt is different, it looks very safe, but because of the additional functions it is a bit expensive. i wouldn't rule out that parents use the power function on their children, very unlikely, but i also could never imagine that there are parents who buy chastity belts for their daughters.

Joh The vulnerabilities mentioned were about being able to bare the point where the hasp connects, and opening it that way, and that the electronics could be reached, though he could not get the lock open by fiddling with the electronics. Of course electronic locks are not unhackable, but it might need more specialized equipment and knowledge than lockpicking. It could get scary though when the hacker can trigger the discipline functions 🙁

That could happen. My experience is no. They are kind of expensive but seem well designed. I'm rather thin, that might make a difference. Too tight and I have no padding to prevent it rubbing against bone.
