As a wearer knows, a very tight belt, for continuous usage will hurt in the waist or hips, further probable issues in a more private area.

For my daughter it is possible to press the skin down a little, but the created space isn't enough to fit a finger, maybe just a tip. Everything under the shield is impossible to reach.

It's important to me that the belt doesn't cause any harm to my daughter there, so I always watch out for rashes or irritations.
