I'm a bit confused: shouldn't the corset be under the cb?

My question is:
Does a corset fit under your belt?
I never wore a corset, all the more some bodice, or "corset inspired" dress, but I think that you can not dress both things properly.
maybe with my FS, you could try, but the hip part would not be pretty, I think

It is dependent on the belt. If it a waist type the belt would normally not fit over the corset and under it would be unpleasant. You would need a adjustable belt or a wider belt.
If it a hip type it dependent on the corset. E.g. A riding corset is not cut too low and the belt would be nearly not covered from the corset.

if the corset is under the CB, then it is impossible to take the corset off and if it is over it, it is probably not tight enough. i think the combination does not really fit well

maybe, but i have problems to imagine how it would work, especially because of the padlock. it would be different if it was a corset with a built-in chastity belt.

Yes, a corset with integrated chastity belt would be different. I had it in mind but I am not sure it would work well. A corset restrict your bending and a waist chastity belt as well. Now you make the two parts into one and it will restrict you even more.

I have a lot of experience in wearing corsets. I started 25 years ago. I have the hip belt from My-Steel and can wear a corset over the belt. I used to wear Vollers or Axfords corsets, but when I wear the belt it does not fit well. So I have some custom made corsets to wear over the belt. They are just a little bit wider and longer than normal that when you stand and sit the corset won’t get stuck between the belt and yourself.
Another thing is to wear a body underneath it, this will smoothen the edges of the belt and make sure you can move more easily. It is also better for the corset, If you might sweat it will mostly go into the body, not the corset. I use Wolford body’s myself as they are from merinowool. Verry soft and they are verry nice to the skin.

I have done tight lacing in the past. I went from 28” corset to 24”. I used to wear a corset 24/7 to achieve that. So I have a little experience 😊.

And yes Merino is soo nice, it is so soft on the skin and regulates the temperature perfectly.
