Ines Really they were not insults but a bitter criticism, however, thread is locked since in some topics the tension can arise.
However, it is true, here we like much more another kind of treatment.

I think in this case it's better to close threads, I'm always for an open and sometimes direct discussion, but with arguments and not with personal degradation

I agree. We have to balance our conversation in that way that we write our opinion as clear as possible but without any details that would be not suitable for under-age readers. Especially in a non-sexual way.
I really like is to discussion with you your view on all the different topics as long as it is in a respectful and not offending way. It would be a pity if it were no longer possible for sensitive issues.

I understand you why but I see it critical. We had many members here they were under-age when they joined. They got support and advice regarding their situation. I did my best to show them what is possible to do but end the end it is their decision.
The same is with parents. If you point it out every time when it arise that this is against the law and harassment we may change there view and they don't do it.

Difficult and I see your point. The best will be to find out why and which goal they have. Deliver all information what it means to go this way and offer other solution. A good and solid base is better for a decision than chasing behind an illusion.

I like to be surprised, but I don't think that we will have fewer problems that way, rather more because then true stories will also become dishonest

It's child pornography that is against the law, and topics which could loosely be considered related to sex.
When I was underage I needed to keep my chastity comfortable and clean and that was consensual and not against the law. But the people who write stories on here seem to focus in an erotic context and that IS against the law and not right to do.

Parents in countries where Female Genital Mutilation is practiced should obviously choose chastity is they wish but that does NOT require pictures or some erotic fantasy novel.

what do you mean by young? that is the crucial point.
If I were to write that I'm 16 or that I'm 20, firstly no one would be able to check it because we're an anonymous forum and secondly it wouldn't change my situation.

I think it would be more important to approach the matter with more sensitivity and to try to put ourselves in the girls' shoes. I agree with you that clear rules are needed, but please ones that are also controllable.

"minors" and "kids" are also not necessarily the same. Talking about 16-year-old wearers and 11-year-old wearers is very different. I would consider both uses rather questionable, and would say we should not promote either, but putting a belt on an 11-year-old is way more wrong by orders of magnitude.

Also, huge difference between supporting keyholders and supporting wearers. I am pretty sure every time a 13-year-old posts about having been locked without release for years, that is just a crazy person's stupid fantasy, but something about a 17-year-old who can only take off her belt while under her mother's watchful eye is not so far from the truth that she cannot at least be given the benefit of doubt, and she should have access to information about things like her legal rights, emotional support from other people and stategies that allow her to live a happy life within her restrictions if the does not want to fight for her rights.

On the other hand, if someone says he is a dad who wants to lock up his precious princess so she does not spoil her value as a virgin, eff that guy.

A father with the idea of forcing his young daughter will obviously be treated equally.
The forum cannot be a reservoir for these people.
Users cannot encourage the sexualization of childhood either.

At the end, as Megan rightly, we want avoid:
1- Weird fantasies of almost sadistic nature. The criteria is the experience of moderators.
2- Sexualization of kids, at certain ages it is absolutely out of discussion that a chastity belt is out of sight. If someone comes here to talk about such ideas, the only answer will be of moderation.

I believe that outside these red lines there is enough room for a lot of things.

At the end of the day, anything that involves a minor's genitalia and interfering in their sex life is always going to be rather subjective (unless it is obvious the writer is getting off to it and/or expects the readers to do so). I doubt there is a clear answer across jurisdictions, and even within a jurisdiction different judges may draw different lines.

I would say that care should generally be taken to stay away from erotic writing though. If we invite minors (even 17-year-olds) to discuss sexual matters, erotic content, even if the people whom it is about are above 21, might be i bad taste.

And then there are the tons of edge cases. When is it erotic to discuss how a lack of sexual relief affects your life, and stuff like that.

No, this is not reasonable. Maybe a solution would be glasses which detect not for her age appropriated sentences and turned black so she can't read it. 😮 🤣

Good point. We can control it only if an age verification would be installed. But it would not prevent minors from reading the posting as long as the forum is freely accessible.
I believe to have the guideline and be careful what we write is a good way to keep our forum on a good track.

I accept that and will try to follow your request, I just want to explain why I think some rules are correct in principle, but wrong in their implementation
