If one sees chastity as suppression of sexuality, It suggests itself that the forum is sex negative.
If one sees chastity as a way of shaping sexuality, directing it in a way that suits you better than just letting biology run its default course, it's equally possible to consider the forum more neutral or even sex positive. The latter holds even more true when you specifically live chastity as a way to encourage, maybe even heating up certain types of sexuality - just not arbitrary sex.
I don't want to say that either interpretation is wrong. As in many topics, it depends on very personal attributes, needs, and motivations.
If you just want a completely unrestricted forum, dealing with all kinds of sex with just minimal limits, I'd indeed say that you'll become more happy somewhere else. Without further information (like language requirements, legal situation etc,) I'd naively suspect you might find such "uncommitted" discussions somewhere in close association to adult websites.
If you actually seek for other chastity boards with focus on topics like fetish, BDSM, etc, other, senior users with broader experience, which possibly know "both worlds", might give you a hint.
Though, if you mainly strive for committed long-term relationships based on chastity as a fundamental principle, I wouldn't completely discard UWC, forever.
