Vanessa I wondered if it is as secure as the cable one or the band with butt hole one.

Women have been wearing it for decades.

      Angelina i find it astonishing that the cable is safe, but there are doubts about chains, i would have thought that the chains are safer than the cable

      The cable is thick enough and tense enough to prevent any access,without being painful or making to go to the toilet too hard.

            Isn't it annoying to have a cable up your ass all the time?

                Not that much.It isn't very pleasant but it doesn't bother me much.It seems it is,generally,the most appreciated rear for the belt.

                No problem for toilet use too,you should pull a bit it on the sides(not a lot,but enough for it),and use wet wipes to wipe(logical!😉)very well.

                    but don't you have to hold the cable all the time when you pull it to the side?

                        I have chains over the sides of my bottom, I think the shield doesnot move at all and I think I could not bend it even if I want.

                              i have a closed back with anus hole, that's not nice but while sitting probably more pleasant . to chain i can't say anything, but i hope for you that it will get better soon 😉

                                  I think the chains would need some padding too, but then they will be less flat which is bad too

                                      maybe you can make rubber around the chains, then it might be more comfortable

                                                      Girls you don't need to let the chains touch the seat you are sitting on. it goes around you not over you. All the chains should be permanently covered with polymer coating.

                                                      Everyone should know that. That should be in instructions or something.
