                              In our current situation,we would choose the possibility of cheating,I think(I do it,in my case).But if we have the choice,I wonder is we wouldn't regret our choice if it was very uncomfortable...

                                                    Two metal cables with a rubber coating. It makes hygiene a lot easier, and surprisingly enough, it’s very secure. Because they’re both riveted tightly to the back of the waistband, they don’t allow enough slack in the shield to allow any stimulation.

                                                            It is similar than the cable one,but with two cables instead of one.

                                                            On My-Steel website,it is called "double-active".There is two cables,in the same position than the two chains for the chain one.I'm not sure it is as secure as the classical cable one.
