I remember reading your posts when I signed up for the forum.
You said that when you went to the doctor your mother would open the belt so that the pressure marks would disappear and you should always be in sight.
I hope that everything in the doctor is routine and nothing serious.

Abby82 yes it is good to be out for even a short time - i was unlocked for my flight to Germany (and back) and had supervised toilet breaks in the airport.
