Yes,a long time ago.It was painful,but not extremely.I've still got pleasure during my first time,but still felt the pain during some time,and wasn't able to reach orgasm.But it is still a pleasant memory(partly because I was very in love with him,too).
Not too much blood,however,I remember I was scared about losing a lot of blood,before my first time.
Not that painful,generally.For some it is very painful,but for other,it is only lightly felt.And if you're in love,feeling him inside you is wonderful.

Or start to do gymnastics/horse riding,it seems it can break the hymen slowly,without any pain.
